The Coast to Coast project was born to meet all these demands. New geometries, an easy and relaxed position in the saddle.
The head tube, the“heart” of the frame, is sensibly higher than when compared to the classical design. Shoulders and neck become more relaxed and the torso opens up allowing breathing to become easier.
Also the pace is different. The greater distance between the bottom bracket and the fork ends offers stability and control at a medium pace, the front wheel is progressive and easy to steer.
The head angle is also changed and more relaxed, for a more comfortable and pleasant ride. The rear stays are longer and well integrated with the main triangle shape. The extra few millimetres of difference give a higher stability to the rear wheel and increase the possibility to dissipate the shocks coming from the road surface. Comfort is enhanced by the new BAT (Bianchi Active Technology) which, thanks to the positioning of the carbon fibres, decreases the vertical stiffness with no side effect on the horizontal one.
